Weddings & baptisms

Weddings: St. John the Divine Church is a magnificant setting for a wedding and we would gladly help you to plan your big day. However, the law states that either one of the couple must reside in the Parish of St John the Divine, Kennington in order to qualify to be married here. Alternatively, if either of the couple do not reside in our parish, they can still be married here if they are on the Church Electoral Roll, which is the list of 'members' of our Parish Family.   In the first instance get in touch with Father Mark.

Baptisms: As with weddings, the family need to reside in our parish or be regular worshippers here. In the first instance, come along to Mass on a Sunday morning and have a word with the clergy and we will put you in touch with one of our 'Baptism Visitors' who will welcome you and explain the procedure for baptism preparation.
